Text Box: Winter Newsletter
Text Box: Dear Supporters,
I can hardly believe it’s nearly Christmas already. It lovely to see all the lights and colours of Christmas, but something so hard to try and describe to our friends in Tanzania. Although many of the offices in Iringa town are decorated, most of our children have no experience of decorating their homes or schools.
With the beginning of their new school term looming, it is wonderful to see just how many Text Box: people want to start or continue to give these children the best Christmas present they could dream for—an opportunity for an education.
This time of year is one of the busiest for the charity, with new sponsors applying, students sending in their application forms and letters and photos going out to sponsors in both the UK and America.
One of the greatest joys is being able to put people in touch over the Text Box: festive period. The children would love to hear from you about how your family prepares for Christmas and your hopes for the New Year.
Many thanks for your continued support. We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Text Box: SEND A MESSAGE TO YOUR SPONSORED STUDENT

I wonder if you realise how much a letter and a photograph means to your sponsored student in Tanzania?

Emma has told us of the real joy and excitement a letter brings to the children. Many of you Text Box: already write to your students, which is very much appreciated.

A sample New Year card is enclosed with this Newsletter. Do return it to Emma for forwarding to your child and get the new school year of 2007 off to a great start in Iringa.
Thank you very much Text Box: for spending the time to do this.
